These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PeptiBrain ("the App", "the Service"), operated by Digital Dreams World LLC. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. What PeptiBrain is
PeptiBrain is a personal tracking diary to help you log your doses, vials, weight, hydration, and other peptide-protocol-related data. PeptiBrain is NOT a medical device, does NOT provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice of any kind, and does NOT replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. The reconstitution profiles and calculations included are informational reference values, not personalized medical recommendations.
2. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide (name, email, phone) is accurate and that you meet this age requirement.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Let us know right away if you notice any unauthorized use.
4. Plans, pricing and subscription
PeptiBrain offers a Free plan and paid plans (Premium and Family), billed monthly or annually through Hotmart, our payment processor. Paid plans may include a free trial period; if you don't cancel before it ends, you'll be automatically charged the price of your chosen plan. You can cancel anytime from your account or directly in Hotmart; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, with no partial refunds unless required by applicable law.
5. Family sharing
If you enable sharing, you decide — person by person — whether a family member or partner sees a "summary" or the "full detail" of your information. You can revoke that access at any time. Invited members cannot edit or delete your data.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use PeptiBrain for illegal activities, to impersonate someone else, to attempt to breach the security of the Service, or to resell or redistribute access to your account.
7. Limitation of liability
PeptiBrain is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for health decisions you make based on data you yourself logged in the App. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any protocol.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll notify you by email or within the App.
