Clearance calculator

Pick a peptide and we'll show you how long it takes to clear your system, based on its known half-life.

Frequently asked questions

Why 5 half-lives?

It's the standard pharmacology rule of thumb: after 5 half-lives, a compound is considered practically cleared from the body (~97%). It's the same reference clinical calculators use, not a made-up figure.

Why don't all the Library's peptides show up here?

We only include ones with reliable half-life data. When that data doesn't exist (or is too scattered), we'd rather leave the peptide out than give you a made-up estimate.
